The crazy thing that is happening is the government is taking an active role in this health trend and they are the twist. Like it or not we are being led down a road of  health improvement. Remember when it all started with No smoking in restaurants, and bars. It is now common for smokers to go outside to smoke. I welcomed that change :). As long as the government is involved with the health care plan it is in there best interest to get you healthy.

Look at all the weight loss shows that are on TV. I know I tried to avoid watching Richard Simmons  as much as I could back in the 80’s. Imagine if he had his show now! The one good thing we are bringing into the main stream is exercise, but I like to add one more important part to the equation. How much good nutrition are you consuming everyday?
